Refusal to Collect E-mail

The email addresses posted on this website are protected from unauthorized collection in accordance with Article 50-2 of the Information and Communication Network Act. Any violation of this provision, including the unauthorized collection, use, or provision of such information to a third party, may result in criminal penalties or civil liability under applicable laws.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.

No one shall collect email addresses from an Internet homepage using a program or other technical device that automatically collects email addresses from an Internet homepage without the prior consent of the operator or administrator of the Internet homepage.
No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1.
No one shall knowingly use an e-mail address that is prohibited from being collected, sold, or distributed under the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2 for the transmission of information.
